1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using the KRITIKO platform, you agree to follow our rules and community guidelines. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site or application.

2. Account Responsibility

Every member is responsible for maintaining the security of their own account and log-in credentials. Any activity, post, message, or content shared under your account will be considered your direct responsibility.

3. Port and Character Representation

KRITIKO is a platform dedicated to roleplay. While members are free to choose their port identities and fictional characters, you are strictly prohibited from using your account to impersonate real-world individuals for malicious intent, fraud, scamming, or harassment.

4. Modifications to the Platform

The founder and development team reserve the right to update, modify, or change features of the website and application at any time to ensure the continuous improvement and safety of the KRITIKO system.

5. Age Restriction (18+)

This platform is strictly for users who are 18 years old and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. KRITIKO reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be owned by minors without prior notice.

6. Account Violation and Bans

Any form of abuse, cyberbullying, harassment, or major rule violation will result in an immediate investigation. The founder and the platform administration reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or permanently ban any account that compromises the safety of our members.

KRITIKO Privacy Policy

Welcome to KRITIKO. We are committed to protecting your alternative identity and privacy in the Roleplay World (RPW). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimal data necessary to create your account and make the platform work. This includes your registered username, account role type, profile pictures, and log-in credentials. We do not require, force, or encourage members to provide their real-world (RW) personal information.

2. Data Security

We implement secure digital measures, including modern data encryption, to protect your account details from unauthorized access. Your account data is handled strictly within the KRITIKO secure server infrastructure and is never sold to third parties.

3. Real World (RW) Privacy and Doxxing

KRITIKO respects and protects the absolute anonymity of its members. Revealing, leaking, or exposing another member's real-world identity, real name, or private photos (doxxing) without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.

4. User Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. If you wish to leave our platform, you can delete your account and all associated character profiles at any time through the app settings. Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Treat every member with absolute respect. Any form of abuse, cyberbullying, sexual harassment, emotional manipulation, or persistent unwanted behavior is strictly prohibited. Engaging in these actions constitutes a direct violation of our community's core values.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We implement a strict zero-tolerance policy against toxicity. Any member caught instigating abuse or harassment that threatens the mental or emotional well-being of others will face immediate disciplinary action, up to and including a permanent ban of their account without prior warning.

3. Integrity and Group Community Safety

KRITIKO stands on unity and creative freedom. Any form of platform sabotage, continuous rule-breaking, or actions that actively defame or disrupt the safety of the application and its virtual families can lead to a direct ban from the entire digital platform.

4. Administration Enforcement

The founder, Kazuto XR Kritiko, and the appointed moderation team have the final authority to enforce these guidelines, issue warnings, and remove accounts that disrupt the peace of the platform.
